Lovely Links

Well, this was a big week, y'all. I was featured on Remodelaholic, shared my Be Bold project, and my first ever magazine feature came out (you can vote for my project here, if you'd like!). I don't say all that to toot my own horn - it's honestly because I'm just so grateful that I can do what I love here, share it here on the blog, and have others actually read about it and think it's pretty cool. So, really, I'm thankful for y'all for reading this little blog of mine.

Whew. Now that I've poured my heart out, here are my favorite links I've found over the past week from around the web!

1 | Love the simplicity of these modern DIY geometric hooks from Nalle's House.

2 | One of my absolute favorite photographers, Katelyn James, has an amazing eye for decorating as well (how's that for a one-two punch?). She recently showed off her newly furnished morning room and I'm really digging it - especially those club chairs.

3 | See those pinch pleated curtains from Young House Love? You'd never believe how simple they are to make. Full tutorial here.

4 | I really enjoyed reading this interview of Jennifer Stein (Editor in Chief/Publisher/Owner of Destination I Do magazine) from Inspired By This about being a working mom.

5 | Lisa, of the blog Elembee, always gets great conversations going in the comments section on her blog, and this post is no different. If you're a blogger, there are some great insights in here on what people like to see when they're navigating around your blog (especially for the first time).

6 | Guess what this pretty letter bin is made out of? Oh, just your average, everyday cereal box. :) Get the tutorial here. I think a few of these are in my crafting future.

7 | Also in my crafting future? This cute little wood plaque chalkboard. What a cute alternative to the traditional front door wreath!

8 | And to round out the links for today are these beautiful photos of "19 Truly Charming Places to See Before You Die." They make me want to drop everything, buy an around the world ticket and go see them all. Who wants to go with me?

Hope y'all have wonderful weekends! I can't wait to kick back and relax for the next couple of days!

Don't forget to come back on Monday and link up your BOLD projects! Your link will show up on 10, yes 10 blogs!
